Sweet Pea Bag

Sweet Pea

Sweet Pea

Felted bucket bag knit from the bottom up. No seaming! You will need 1,800 meters of untreated worsted weight wool, 10mm circular needles (32″ length) and one stitch marker. You will be knitting with several strands of wool at once. Please felt in a top loading washing machine as you will need to check the bag several times as it felts. Measurements after felting are approximately 11″ tall, 13″ wide, 6″ deep and 10-12″ drop. Please note dimensions and general appearance of your bag is determined by yarn used, felting time, water temperature and gauge. Each bag will be unique!

I recommend the following yarns: Plymouth Galway Solids or Heathers, Cascade 220 Solids or Heathers, Patons Classic Wool, Lamb’s Pride Nature Spun Worsted or any other worsted weight wool that will felt. You may also use a slightly heavier wool.

what is the difference between regular knitting and jumper cable knitting or is that just a new name for knitting?
