Broadband

April 4, 2015

Broadband is an airy, top-down scarf / small shawl featuring large bands of stockinette and reverse stockinette stitches. The finished shape is an asymmetric triangle with two bottom points (please see diagram). Sample scarf knit in Rico Design Essentials Cotton DK yarn, shade 81 Olive Grey. For best results use DK weight yarns with 4.50mm (US7/UK7) needles, or needles to obtain gauge of 20 stockinette stitches to 4 inches. Blocked measurements are 68 inches across and 21 inches deep. Materials required: 650 meters DK weight yarn, 4.50mm needles, stitch markers. Enjoy!
