Lemongrass

April 12, 2015

Lemongrass is a deep crescent shaped scarf / small shawl featuring garter stitch edging and staggered eyelets. This design is knit top-down and easily made larger by adding more pattern repeats. Blocked measurements are 65 inches across top edge and 19 inches deep. Sample shawl knit with 750 meters Schachenmayr Merino Extra Fine, shade 74, and shown on US size 12 dress form. Blocking is required and instructions are included. For best results, use fingering weight yarns with 3.50mm (US4) needles. Enjoy!
